In keeping with our tradition of surveying readers on key developments in international arbitration, we invite readers with experience in mainland China to fill out our survey on the enforcement of international arbitration awards in China. Julian Ku, Bei Xiao and I have been studying this topic for several months now, and we note the paucity of recent data on the subject.

The survey is open through June 30, 2014. If you had arbitration experience in mainland China, please fill out the survey. We will share the results erly next month.
